Heuer Labs (“we”, “our” or “us”) operates the Post Alert website https://www.heuerlabs.com/post-alert (here and after referred to as the “Website”) and provides the Post Alert Slack App and other Post Alert services (referred together as the “Services”).

Slack Team Information:
When you or another user in your Slack team enables the Post Alert Slack App for your team, we receive the name and ID of your team from the Slack API. We receive the Channel the name, ID, webhook URL, and configuration URL of the channel to which you choose to have alerts delivered.
Slack User Information:
If you are a member of a Slack channel or message that has enabled the Post Alert Slack App, we receive your Slack user ID only from the Slack API. This information is collected for billing purposes only and is never shared. We also store the user ID of the user that added the app and any other users given admin priveledges for authorization purposes.
Messages Directed at the Post Alert Slack App:
We store messages and commands directed at the Post Alert Slack App, whether by slash commands, direct message, by conversations during the dialogs with Post Alert Slack App or an @-mention in a Slack chat room. We do not store messages not directed at the Post Alert Slack App.
Post Alert requests the following billing information to proceed the payment for the service:
Post Alert doesn't store or manage this information in any way. We transfer it to the third-party payment provider Stripe. All the billing data is stored and managed on Stripe’s side. Post Alert handles its management via API tokens provided by Stripe.

Our Website and Post Alert Slack App may use “cookies” to enhance your user experience. Your web browser may place cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them.
